This is a Ginotta Arm Chair, designed by Enrico Franzolini for Crassevig in 1989. This piece was manufactured in Italy and imported to the USA for distribution by Knoll. Its simple sculptural design features a frame of bent plywood, and a shell in veneered plywood. It has arm supports in chrome plated steel, and this example has a warm brown patinated finish.

The chair measures 20.5 inches deep, 22.5 inches wide, and 32.7 inches high. It has an arm height of 25.6 inches and a seat height of 18 inches. The plywood on the chair is in nice shape, with some light scratches and scuffs to the finish. There is a repaired chip on one of the backs of the arms, and has some small blemishes on the seat. Overall, this chair is in good condition with light wear. Please see photos.
