2009 Herman Miller Eames Soft Pad Management Desk Chair in Edelman Black Leather with Pneumatic Base 12+ Available Fashion

These are Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Management Chairs, Model EA435, initially designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. These examples date to 2009. The listed price includes one desk chair, and we have several available for purchase in this colorway. Their design features a cast aluminum frame, and they have a pneumatic adjustable 5-star base on casters. Their seats have plush cushions that are 2 inches thick, and they’re upholstered in a rich black Edelman leather designed by Ilse Crawford.

Each chair measures 24 inches deep, 22.5 inches wide, and 34 inches high. Their base seat height is 20.25 inches, and their seat depth is 16.5 inches. The upholstery is in excellent condition, with some patination on the leather, and some minor wear on the corners. The bases have some small scuffs. The arms look terrific. Overall, these chairs are in excellent condition with some signs of wear. Please see photos.
