This is a rarely seen Extension Dining Table, Model 5757, designed by George Nelson and Associates for Herman Miller in 1955. The piece features a white powder coated steel base with four legs, and has a tabletop of white laminate.
The table measures 36 inches deep, 36 inches wide, and 28.5 inches high. It includes two 17.75-inch leaves, and the table measures 71.25 inches when fully extended. We have intentionally left the frame and top in its original condition to showcase the history of the piece. We can have the base professionally stripped and newly powder coated upon request. Overall, the table is in very good vintage condition. Please see photos.
