All Mount Barker, Great Southern fruit. Soils are lateritic gravel loams over clay base and all vines were established dry grown.
Winemaking is very simple, Gruner Veltliner spends a few hours on skins before being pressed to older oak to ferment wild along with some of the Riesling. Most of the Riesling in the blend was fermented in stainless steel and spent time on lees post ferment to build texture.

Tasting Notes
Expect floral blossom and citrus on the nose, with the addition of ripe green pear and apple. Dry and racy on the palate, with lingering minerality.
