  Summer apéritifs and this sparkling wine is a marvellous match for mousseline desserts 
  and red fruit sorbets. It also goes well with white chocolate desserts or mascarpone 
  mousse with red fruits

   Tasting Note

  Delicate and sensual nose opening up with wild strawberry aromas. Unctuous foam 
  leads into a fine, light and delicate wine on the palate.
   Nice complexity of flavour ending with a lingering finish marked by freshness and red 
  fruits.
